You are responsible for securing Your Instrument of Payment against fraudulent use or any misuse by any Party without Your permission. If You feel that Your Instrument of Payment has been misused please contact the issuing agency/bank to raise a dispute.

We are not directly or indirectly liable in any way for any loss or damage arising from the acceptance or decline of any transaction arising from the use of Your Instrument of Payment on Our Website, including but not limited to the following situations:
