This will include but is not limited to security guards, receptionist, mail handling employees, neighbours, etc. at the address where the Order is sent.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Shipped means the moment the product Ordered by You from our Website is handed over to a third party company that delivers the product to You.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order at any time before it has Shipped at no charge.

You are entitled to return Your Order within 10 days.

The deadline for returning an Order is 10 days from the date on which the Goods were Delivered.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are in an unopened state
  • The Goods are undamaged with all the labels and packaging intact

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Once your return request has been processed you will receive the shipping detail to where the  Goods will have to be sent.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
